Using the store

You can browse the store freely. To buy items you’ll need a store account and a linked Minecraft account so we know where to deliver.

Your account and Minecraft account

Please keep your account email and linked Minecraft account accurate. Items are delivered to the linked Minecraft account, so incorrect details may prevent delivery. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Stars Credit

Stars Credit is non-transferable shop credit for use only on this webstore. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred between users, and has no value outside this store.

Digital items and delivery

Items and perks are digital and delivered to your linked Minecraft account on the relevant Pinecraft server. Item and perk availability can change, and some items require you to be online to receive them.

Refunds and support

Refunds, cancellations, and delivery issues are covered in our Refund & Delivery Policy. For help, use the support page. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the store, interfere with delivery, exploit bugs, or use another person’s account. We may hold or review orders where something looks wrong.

Changes to the store

We may update the store, its items, and these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
