Refund & Delivery Policy
There are two parts to how this store works: topping up Stars Credit with money, and spending Stars Credit on digital items and perks delivered in-game. The rules for each are explained below.
Stars Credit pack purchases
Stars Credit is non-transferable shop credit for the Pinecraft Equestrian Store. It can only be used on this webstore for eligible digital items and perks delivered in-game.
If you buy Stars Credit and have not spent it, you can contact us within 14 days to request cancellation and a refund to your original payment method.
If you have spent some or all of the Stars Credit, any refund may be reduced to reflect the Stars Credit already used, or we may be unable to refund the used portion. We may need to deduct or lock the relevant Stars Credit before issuing any payment refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Spending Stars Credit on items and perks
When you spend Stars Credit on an item or perk, delivery may begin immediately to your linked Minecraft account.
If an item cannot be delivered, is not supplied, or is not as described, we will help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may complete the delivery, replace the item, or return the relevant Stars Credit to your Stars Credit balance.
Delivery to your Minecraft account
- You need a linked, verified Minecraft account to receive items.
- Some items require you to be online on the relevant Pinecraft server (SMP or RRP).
- Delivery is normally automatic and happens shortly after checkout.
- If a delivery cannot be confirmed automatically, our team reviews it.
Orders under review
If an order shows as under review, please do not buy the same item again. Our team will check the delivery and either complete it or help resolve the issue.
