We use this information to sign you in, deliver purchased items to your Minecraft account, show your balance and order history, respond to support requests, and keep the store secure. We do not sell your data, and we avoid unnecessary tracking or advertising profiling.
Who we share information with
We share information only with providers that help us operate the store, including:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- our email delivery provider;
- support and administration tools used to run the store;
- payment providers;
How long we keep information
We keep account, purchase, and Stars Credit records for as long as needed to run the store and meet legal and accounting obligations. Short-lived items such as sign-in codes are kept only briefly. Support messages are kept while we handle your query and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
In plain terms, you can ask us to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete information where applicable;
- object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
