NightVision Perk Activation

So you command, "Let there be light!", so it shall be and all shall be granted the vision to see - for minutes 3!

With this perk activation you can grant the entire server the ability to see in the dark for 180 seconds - what will they do with those precious seconds?

(Once purchased you can access the perk in-game using the '/perks' command to bring up the GUI and click on the Candle icon to activate it)
